You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards on site.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or equivalent experience), strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily renovation projects to meet plans, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate work between subcontractors, vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Lead on-site personnel and enforce safety protocols and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets and track expenses to prevent overruns.
• Maintain records, daily logs and progress reports.
