Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, operations, customer service, property management, or office support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal team members.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and resident communications.
• Schedule maintenance and vendor appointments; track and follow up on projects.
• Prepare reports, organize digital files and operational records.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree
