AZ Investments is seeking an Operations Coordinator to help run a growing multifamily portfolio in San Diego. You'll work with company leadership on property operations, renovations, leasing, and asset management, gaining exposure to multiple facets of real estate operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years in administrative/operations roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Owns high attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for residents, vendors and team.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs, renewals, and communications.
• Schedule maintenance, vendor appointments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain bids, contracts, invoices, and project docs.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for leadership.
• Organize files and assist with expense tracking and PO.
• Support the implementation and improvement of systems.
