Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple apartment communities, ensuring financial and regulatory compliance while leading on-site teams.

You will drive leasing and revenue, manage budgets, and coordinate maintenance and vendor relations to deliver exceptional resident experiences. A Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of property management experience are preferred, with opportunities for growth within Greystar’s nationwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of 2+ properties, leading teams and resources to meet budgeted goals.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and review monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices, ensure insurance certificates are valid, and coordinate with vendors and owners.
• Supervise staff, train employees, and maintain resident satisfaction and safety standards.
• Assist in owner relationship management and ongoing property maintenance.
