Barrett & Stokely Inc. in Indianapolis seeks an experienced Property Marketing Specialist to drive marketing strategies across a multifamily portfolio, coordinating digital updates, listings, signage, photography, and launches.

You will manage website updates, ILS changes, Google Business Profiles, SEO, PPC campaigns, and social content, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency across all assets. A background in marketing or related field with 3 years of real estate marketing is preferred, plus

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Three years of marketing, project coordination, property management, real estate, hospitality, or agency experience across multiple locations or concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management, leasing, and Fair Housing; experience with Entrata or a similar system.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, ILS platforms, PPC campaigns and SEO/AEO concepts.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, websites, online listings, social media, and marketing asset management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite or Canva a plus.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Execute property-level marketing strategies across our multifamily portfolio.
• Coordinate digital updates, advertise listings, signage, collateral, photography, promotions, property launches and other marketing initiatives from request through completion.
• Coordinate website updates, listing and ILS changes, and feed or syndication issues with vendors.
• Maintain Google Business Profiles and support SEO, AEO/ILS optimization, digital advertising, and social content.
• Keep property information, floor plans, interactive site maps, photography, promotions, and collateral materials accurate, current, and on brand.
• Coordinate signage projects, property photography and videography.
• Support property launches, acquisitions, lease-ups, renovations, and transitions.
