You will present and sell marketing solutions, grow revenue through new business and expand existing accounts, and visit clients in person to build strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities using market data and prospecting to grow revenue.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor to clients’ marketing plans.
• Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies for multifamily real estate.
• Collaborate with teams to drive sales revenue and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Deliver value through regular communication and market insights to help clients achieve goals.
