CoStar Group is seeking a Sales Associate for Apartments.com in Indianapolis to drive new business and expand client partnerships in the multifamily digital advertising space. You will present marketing solutions and manage the client lifecycle from prospecting to renewal while collaborating with internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside B2B sales in digital marketing or advertising sales, or equivalent Multifamily industry experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license; driving record must be acceptable.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
