Barrett & Stokely Corporate Inc. in Indianapolis, IN seeks a marketing professional to drive property-level campaigns across a multifamily portfolio. You will coordinate digital updates, optimize listings, manage signage, photography, and promotions from request through completion.

Responsibilities include website and ILS changes, vendor coordination, Google Analytics/GMB maintenance, and support for SEO, PPC, and social content to keep assets on-brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Must have three (3) years of marketing, project coordination, property management, real estate, hospitality, or agency experience.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management, leasing, and Fair Housing; experience with Entrata or a similar system.

Responsabilités

• Execute property-level marketing strategies across our multifamily portfolio from request through completion.
• Coordinate website updates, listing and ILS changes, and feed or syndication issues with vendors.
• Maintain Google Business Profiles and support SEO, AEO/ILS optimization, digital advertising, and social content.
• Keep property information, floor plans, interactive site maps, photography, promotions, and collateral materials accurate and on-brand.
• Coordinate signage projects, property photography and videography.
• Support property launches, acquisitions, lease-ups, renovations, and transitions.
