Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the United States is seeking a Regional Property Manager for a multifamily portfolio. You will lead property management teams, ensure policy execution, and mentor lower-level managers to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include budget approval, marketing collaboration, pricing input, and driving operational excellence across properties. A real estate license and 5+ years PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• CPM, CCI, RPA, CAM preferred
• Real Estate License required
• 5+ years of Property Management experience
• 5+ years of Management experience

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact related to all property items with owner representative; understand terms of the PMA.
• Review and approve all property purchases with adherence to the budget.
• Partner with Marketing to develop budgets and monitor ad effectiveness and spend.
• Engage in revenue management pricing and attend pricing calls.
• Review resident and mystery shop results and create action plans.
• Oversee marketing activities: market comps, weekly leads, screening metrics.
• Assist with RFP responses and pitches.
• Knowledge of property front-end tech and ensure staff use systems.
• Oversee risk management, safety standards, and liability; coordinate rent-ready prep.
• Collaborate with Operations Center of Excellence to optimize shared services; ensure timely docs delivery.
