Job summary

Richmark Properties is seeking a proactive Property Manager to lead the operations of a multifamily community in Texas. This role owns the property’s financial performance, team development, resident satisfaction, and upkeep, while ensuring compliance and controlling expenses.

You will mentor on-site staff, deliver excellent service to residents, oversee renovations, and maintain records in ResMan (experience a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager at a multifamily community.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing renovations or capital improvements is a plus.
• ResMan software experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the property to meet or exceed income goals and remain within budgeted expenses.
• Manage, mentor, and support on-site staff; promote a culture of trust, growth, and accountability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve property performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to all federal Fair Housing laws, as well as applicable local ordinances.
• Oversee apartment renovations and upgrades as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and emergencies with professionalism and effective problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in property management software (ResMan experience is a plus).
