Richmark Properties is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee a multifamily apartment community on-site. You will be responsible for financial performance, staff development, resident satisfaction, and maintaining the property’s appearance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage renovations. ResMan experience is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager at a multifamily community.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing renovations or capital improvements is a plus.
• Proficiency in ResMan software is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the property to meet or exceed income goals and remain within budgeted expenses.
• Manage, mentor, and support on-site staff; promote a culture of trust, growth, and accountability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve property performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to federal Fair Housing laws, as well as applicable local ordinances.
• Oversee apartment renovations and upgrades as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and emergencies with professionalism and effective problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in property management software (ResMan experience is a plus).

Position Summary:

Richmark Properties is seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to lead the operations of a multifamily apartment community. This individual will take full ownership of the property’s financial performance, team development, resident satisfaction, and physical appearance, while maintaining compliance and controlling expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of the property to meet or exceed income goals and remain within budgeted expenses
• Manage, mentor, and support on-site staff; promote a culture of trust, growth, and accountability
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Identify and implement strategies to improve property performance and operational efficiency
