Job summary

ResProp Management in Fort Worth, TX seeks a seasoned Property Manager to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities. You’ll build a high-performing team, drive revenue, and maintain property appearance and resident satisfaction through strong service standards.

Responsibilities include budget planning, owner communications, hiring and coaching, and coordinating maintenance. This role requires hands-on leadership, nights/weekends as needed, and a focus on occupancy and performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years in multifamily property management.
• 3 years of hiring, training, and coaching teams.
• Solid business acumen with experience owning and driving P&L’s.

Responsibilities

• Increase property revenue by building a high-performing team with strengths in sales and service.
• Assess, train and develop your team on salesmanship and operational best practices.
• Build strong relationships with maintenance professionals to ensure your property presents as best in class.
• Be accessible to the needs of the community (nights and weekends if required).
• Be willing to put the team first and assisting at multiple locations when needed.
• Manage owner relationships with regular updates and property performance reviews.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by promptly addressing issues.
• Follow eviction procedures per company policy; attend hearings as needed.
• Organize daily huddles to align team with goals and successes.
• Complete budget strategy and annual operating budget analysis with regional leadership.
• Gather and interpret market trends to implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appeal.
• Complete required training to stay aligned with company standards.
