Job summary

Richmark Properties is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager with daily operations and resident relations, prioritizing strong customer service and compliance with Fair Housing laws. You will assist with leasing, rent collection, notices, and coordinating apartment renovations while using ResMan; a valid driver’s license is required for on-site tasks.

The schedule includes Sat 10:00 am – 5:00 pm and a Mon-Fri 9:00 am – 6:00 pm shift with one weekday

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the apartment leasing industry; Assistant Manager experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local regulations.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager with daily administrative tasks and property operations
• Maintain exceptional customer service and professional communication with residents and vendors
• Identify opportunities for property and operational improvements and communicate observations to the Property Manager
• Perform on-site duties, including tasks requiring a valid driver''s license
• Assist with leasing efforts, rent collection, and resident notices as needed
• Help track and coordinate apartment renovations and turn processes
• Use property management software; experience with ResMan is a plus
