Qualifications

• 10+ years of Property Management experience required.
• 5+ years of Management experience required.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation preferred or in process.
• Must possess a real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operations for assigned properties.
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of communities.
• Provide superior customer service to enhance satisfaction and revenue.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing team.
