Qualifications

• Experience with multifamily housing and leasing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a multifamily community to drive occupancy and compliance.
• Manage leasing activities, including applications, move-ins/outs, renewals, and rent increases.
• Drive occupancy, rent collections, and resident retention toward revenue goals.
• Prepare and manage budgets, invoices, and monthly variance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with housing program requirements where applicable.
• Lead and develop site team to maintain a customer-focused culture.
