The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in property management or residential operations, with knowledge of LIHTC/HUD programs, and proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property management experience.
• Experience with Project Based Section 8 housing.
• Knowledge of property management operations and landlord-tenant laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with diverse residents, colleagues, vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a multifamily community to maintain occupancy and compliance.
• Manage leasing activities: marketing, applications, move-ins/outs, renewals, rent adjustments.
• Drive occupancy, rent collections, retention, and revenue goals.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, POs, invoices, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and affordable housing programs as applicable.
• Lead and develop site team, promoting a customer-focused culture.
