Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Property Manager to lead a high-performing team at our luxury residential communities in San Antonio. You will drive revenue, oversee sales and service, and manage client/owner relationships with timely updates and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate brings 3 years in multifamily property management, strong leadership, and a solid P&L background. A college degree is preferred. This on-site role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years in multifamily property management.
• 3 years of hiring, training, and coaching teams.
• Strong business acumen with experience owning and driving P&L’s.
• A college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase property revenue by building a high-performing team with strengths in sales and service.
• Assess, train and develop your team on salesmanship and operational best practices.
• Build relationships with maintenance to keep the property best in class.
• Be accessible to the needs of the community, including nights and weekends if required.
• Assist at multiple locations as needed and manage client/owner relationships with updates.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to issues and resolving them promptly.
• Follow eviction procedures per notice requirements and represent the community in court when required.
• Participate in daily huddle and review budget strategy and annual operating budget.
• Gather and analyze market trends to inform marketing and leasing strategies.
