Job summary

ResProp Management is hiring for a property leadership role in Texas to drive revenue and operations across multiple apartment communities. You will build and guide a high-performing team, train staff on sales and service, and partner with maintenance to keep properties outstanding.

You will meet owners and respond to their requests while ensuring resident satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily property management, experience coaching teams, and strong P&L

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in multifamily property management.
• Experience hiring, training, and coaching teams.
• Solid business acumen with experience owning and driving P&Ls.

Responsibilities

• Increase property revenue by building a high-performing team with strengths in sales and service.
• Assess, train and develop your team on salesmanship and operational best practices.
• Build relationships with maintenance professionals to keep property best in class.
• Be accessible to community needs (nights and weekends if required).
• Be willing to deploy the team across multiple locations as needed.
• Meet with owners, provide updates, and manage owner requests.
• Promote resident satisfaction by responding to complaints or requests promptly.
• Follow evictions procedures and appear in court when required.
• Participate in daily huddles sharing company progress and successes.
• Complete budget workbook and draft annual operating budget after analysis.
• Analyze market trends to shape marketing and leasing strategies.
• Inspect properties regularly to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appeal.
• Complete required training per company standards.
