11Residential in Walla Walla, WA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of Brix Apartments, a 125-unit community. You will lead leasing, marketing, financial management, staff supervision, and resident relations to sustain occupancy and drive portfolio performance.

This in-person role requires 3+ years of multifamily property management, strong proficiency with Yardi Voyager (plus CRM IQ, RentCafe and HappyCo), and solid knowledge of fair housing laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing multifamily properties.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager required; experience with CRM IQ, RentCafe, and HappyCo preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and leasing staff, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion.
• Review lease applications for policy compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain high occupancy via resident retention and tailored marketing.
• Manage revenues, expenses, and delinquency controls.
• Prepare financial and marketing reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate resident activities, newsletters, and events.
• Operate and train using Yardi Voyager and other PM systems.
