Job summary

11Residential is seeking a Property Manager for Brix Apartments in Walla Walla, WA. You will oversee day-to-day operations, leasing, marketing, financial management, staff supervision, and community building to ensure resident satisfaction and strong portfolio performance.

The role requires 3+ years of multifamily experience, Yardi Voyager proficiency, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. In-person work is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managing multifamily properties.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and familiarity with CRM IQ, RentCafe and HappyCo.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and leasing staff, delegate tasks, train and coach, ensure timely completion of work.
• Review and approve lease applications, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
• Maintain high occupancy through effective resident retention strategies and tailored marketing approaches.
• Stay informed about market conditions to optimize property performance.
• Increase revenue while controlling expenses, including rent collections and delinquency control.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and promptly address issues.
• Oversee maintenance operations to ensure timely service delivery and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate resident activities and communications, including newsletters and events.
• Prepare and deliver financial and marketing reports to stakeholders on time.
• Manage the property budget and purchasing protocols.
