Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and financial performance of a multifamily property. You will work closely with the Property Manager to deliver an exceptional resident experience, manage leasing and collections, and handle administrative tasks.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, high-quality service, and teamwork, with a schedule typically Monday–Friday 9:00–6:00 and potential weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Industry certifications (CAM, CPM, RMP, CMCA) are preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and post rent payments in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with collections, including past-due balances and former resident accounts.
• Maintain accurate resident files and financial transactions.
• Handle move-in/move-out documentation and inspections to ensure readiness.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and resolve issues professionally.
• Support daily operations and special projects for the Property Manager.
