Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and financial performance of a multifamily property. You will partner with the Property Manager to deliver a superior resident experience, manage leasing, collections, and administrative tasks.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with compensation ranging from $28 to $30 per hour plus lease commissions and renewal bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily residential property management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications (CAM/CPM/RMP/CMCA) preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and post rent payments.
• Assist with collections and past-due balances.
• Maintain resident files and financial records.
• Show, lease, and assist with move-ins for prospective residents.
• Process rental applications, renewals, and move-out documentation.
• Perform regular property and unit inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
