Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician in Riverside, CA to perform essential building maintenance tasks and ensure the property meets safety and quality standards. You will handle work orders, assist with make-ready units, and help maintain common areas and grounds.

The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience and EPA refrigeration certifications. The position includes on-site duties with a schedule that may include evenings and weekends, and offers potential bonus

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing issues and repairing per safety policies.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections, creating a punch list, coordinating vendors, and ensuring tasks are finished.
• Manages materials and inventory, tracks usage, and notifies supervisor when re-orders are needed.
• Documents service requests accurately to enable proper tracking and reporting.
• Assists in grounds and common area upkeep, including cleaning and minor repairs as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible and using tools responsibly.
