Job summary

Roundhouse is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician in Iona, ID, to keep multifamily properties in excellent condition. You will handle hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems, respond quickly to work orders, and maintain safety and cleanliness across grounds and buildings.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, track materials and hours, and participate in after-hours calls.

Qualifications

• : High school diploma or equivalent.
• : At least one year in general maintenance and repair work.
• : Working understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems.
• : Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• : Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• : Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• : Physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk, climb ladders, and work outdoors.
• : Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• : Handle hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems.
• : Respond quickly to work orders and complete them with high-quality finishes.
• : Inspect the property to catch maintenance issues early and ensure safety/health compliance.
• : Maintain grounds, exteriors, and common areas for curb appeal and functionality.
• : Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks and approve purchases.
• : Keep records of materials, hours, and completion status.
• : Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and snow/ice removal as needed.
• : Use maintenance software to keep work orders current and accurate.
