Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Regency Place and Crescent Lofts in Wisconsin. You will inspect apartments and common areas, perform repairs, and handle turnovers with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires 1–2 years of multi-family maintenance, strong problem-solving, and reliability. Candidates should be flexible for on-call shifts and able to work both indoors and outdoors in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interior/exterior for maintenance issues and inspect units.
• Maintain tools and workspace; perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Repair outlets, switches, fixtures, breakers; repair plumbing fixtures.
• Handle groundskeeping tasks and snow removal; lawn care as needed.
• Communicate daily work orders to manager and track status.
• Perform unit turnovers within ACC policies and deadlines.
• Respond to on-call emergencies within 20 minutes.
