ACC Management Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support Regency Place in Little Chute and Crescent Lofts in Appleton, WI. This role offers variety across two nearby communities with a combined 109 units and a shared on-call rotation.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, turnovers, routine repairs, and preventive maintenance, while coordinating with property management. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of multifamily maintenance experience and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interiors and exteriors for maintenance issues.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on units.
• Handle work orders and unit turnovers.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as needed.
• Maintain logs of services and safety systems.
