Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor, Property Management for a direct hire in San Ramon, CA. The role oversees daily maintenance operations, supports technicians, and coordinates with vendors to keep properties safe and well‑maintained.

You will lead a maintenance team, ensure completion of service requests, and partner with property management on planning and priorities, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Lead, train and schedule maintenance technicians to ensure safe, quality work.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on service contracts and projects.
• Maintain safety policies, procedures and documentation across property operations.
