RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and protect the integrity of our multifamily properties. You will oversee inspections, coordinate make-ready, and ensure timely completion of work orders while delivering professional service to residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Office.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
