Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and uphold the property’s integrity. You will coordinate inspections, address maintenance needs, and ensure timely completion of work orders while maintaining safety and professional conduct with residents, staff, and vendors.

The role includes supervising staff with guidance from the Property Manager, coordinating make-ready processes, and maintaining the grounds and common areas to RAM standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA HVAC certification is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is expected.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexibility including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff under guidance from the Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate the make-ready process.
• Demonstrate professional customer service with residents, staff, and vendors.
