Job summary

Hillwood Property Trust is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support multifamily properties in the AllianceTexas Town Center. You will handle property accounting, leasing support, and supervision of staff, ensuring accurate records and strong resident relations.

Responsibilities include collecting rent, managing delinquencies, coordinating maintenance, and assisting the Property Manager with daily operations to promote retention and success across properties.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
• Strong math for pro-rations, deposits, and reconciliations
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Proficient with PC, Internet, and office equipment

Responsibilities

• Collects, records, and secures rental payments and reconciles daily deposits
• Maintains accurate financial activity and supports month-end close
• Generates rent rolls, delinquencies, and deposits reports
• Maintains resident files and audits move-in/move-out/renewal documents
• Completes daily/weekly/monthly operational checklists
• Supports leasing activities including tours and lease preparation
