Job summary

Hillwood Properties' Multifamily Division seeks a leasing professional to drive leasing performance, support resident retention, and deliver outstanding customer service at AllianceTexas Town Center in Fort Worth, TX.

You will greet prospects, tour communities, process leases, and coordinate events while maintaining strong knowledge of pricing, floor plans, and local market conditions. This role requires flexibility, weekend/holiday shifts, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in multifamily leasing, property management, hospitality, sales, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, pre-qualify, identify needs, tour, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Prepare and maintain lease documentation in line with policies.
• Support marketing initiatives and resident retention programs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and team members.
• Complete daily operational and administrative tasks to support property operations.
