Job summary

Red Tail Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations of a multifamily community. You will work closely with the Property Manager to deliver exceptional service, handle leasing, collections, and administrative tasks, and ensure compliant, resident-focused processes.

Qualifications

• Two years of residential property management experience in the multifamily industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CPM, CAM, RMP, CMCA preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook; property management software experience.
• Knowledge of state Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Update unit availability daily and process rental applications promptly.
• Receive, record, and process collections according to company standards.
• Assist with collecting past-due balances from former residents.
• Process maintenance work orders and support maintenance coordination.
• Maintain resident files and documentation.
• Manage calendars for scheduled move-ins and ensure move-in standards.
