Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a multifamily community in Glendale. You will support the Property Manager with daily operations, leasing, budget management, and staff leadership to maintain market-ready properties.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent resident service, coordinating marketing, and ensuring adherence to company policies while driving renewals and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Vocational school required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to boost satisfaction and renewals.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Track advertising and client traffic.
• Lead on-site staff and ensure Cushman & Wakefield policies are followed.
• Support day-to-day operations of the on-site team and hiring processes.
• Maintain residents' files and positive living environment.
• Manage the community budget and finances; assist leasing staff to meet goals.
