Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency pursuing bold paid media strategies for multifamily clients. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own the paid media program from targeting to budget calls and the client narrative, serving as the strategic voice in every client call.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, implement robust conversion tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager, and craft 90-day roadmaps that drive measurable growth and client trust.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client-ready storytelling.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
