Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for multifamily clients. You will steer targeting, budget calls, and the narrative on calls with clients.

As the strategic voice, you will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, build roadmaps, and drive growth through retention and upsell while maintaining transparent metrics and GA4 tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: campaigns built, run and optimized.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
