Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (owners and property groups with large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts; handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting, creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Own 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
