Job summary

MountainCreek Properties Management is seeking a highly organized Multifamily Marketing & Digital Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across our growing apartment portfolio. You will manage property information across listings, monitor leads and campaigns, and coordinate materials and photography to drive tours and leases.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management, marketing, leasing, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inaccuracies before they impact leads or leasing.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage marketing needs for multiple properties simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable analyzing marketing data and identifying trends.
• Experience with AppFolio, SOCi, Apartments.com, Zillow, Google Business, Canva, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft 365 is highly preferred.
• Photography, social media, graphic design, or digital advertising experience is a plus.
• Familiar with programs and initiatives for SEO.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with corporate leadership, Property Managers, leasing teams, and outside marketing vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and audit the quality and accuracy of property information on various platforms.
• Ensure pricing, availability, photos, floor plans, and contact details are current.
• Troubleshoot leads, forms, and email routing; maintain current specials.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, staged photography, and 3D tours.
• Monitor CRM activity, leads, tours, applications, and leases; track response times.
• Develop weekly scorecards and monthly marketing reports with insights and trends.
• Support property teams and vendors; engage in creative marketing plans.
• Oversee social media content, reviews, and reputation management.
• Assist with new property acquisitions, branding, and website transfers.
