Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in multifamily marketing, customer experience, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms, content creation, and digital engagement.

Responsibilities

• Champion hospitality-first approach across the customer journey.
• Develop marketing campaigns for resident events, move-in experiences, referrals, renewals.
• Create content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and more.
