Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Marketing professional to coordinate property marketing, reporting, advertising, and technology projects across DF communities. You will partner with property teams, leadership, clients, and vendors to drive qualified leads, maintain brand consistency, and support occupancy and revenue goals.

This role emphasizes data-driven reporting, AI-enabled optimization, and training on the Marketing Playbook.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications preferred.
Minimum of five years in multifamily marketing or related field.
Knowledge of digital advertising, social media, and analytics.
Ability to analyze data, manage deadlines, and collaborate.

Responsibilities

Coordinate property marketing, reporting, advertising, and technology projects.
Partner with property teams, leadership, clients, support departments, and vendors.
Support occupancy and revenue goals while maintaining brand consistency.
Develop data-driven reporting and recommendations.
Monitor advertising sources, website activity, lead generation, and conversion.
Coordinate digital advertising (PPC, SEO, GEO), social media, and content.
Provide on-site and virtual training on the Marketing Playbook.
Track marketing projects, schedules, expenses, and deliverables.
