Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking an Assistant Maintenance / Make Ready Technician for on-site support at multifamily communities. You will assist with preparing vacants for new residents, perform basic repairs, and ensure property standards are met under supervision.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, completing make-ready tasks, coordinating with the maintenance team, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and follow directions effectively.
• 40-hour work week, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday–Friday; may vary for business needs.
• On-call work may be required.
• Wear back-support belt and gloves as required for tasks.
• Wear appropriate footwear; non-flat-bottom shoes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare apartments for new residents to market-ready condition.
• Inspect units, perform cleaning, and assist with make-ready tasks.
• Replace or repair lights, locks, faucets, appliances, doors, blinds, fans, windows, shelving; patch and paint.
• Assist with exterior maintenance and communicate needs to supervisor.
• Document inspections and maintenance work; ensure safety and property standards.
