Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Make Ready Technician to uphold the property's physical integrity by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This full-time role reports to the Property Manager and supports the lead maintenance team in preparing apartments for new residents.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks, coordinating maintenance with supervisors, and ensuring safety and compliance while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Must meet physical requirements and be able to follow directions.
• Work schedule typically 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Monday–Friday; on-call may be needed.
• Wear back-support belt, gloves, and appropriate footwear as required.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: follow policies, inspect vacated apartments, assist with cleaning and trash-out, maintain grounds.
• Maintenance Coordination: perform make-ready tasks, replace/repair lights, locks, doors, and perform painting and minor exterior maintenance.
• Resident Relations: ensure market-ready apartments, provide clean and welcoming spaces for move-ins, communicate notices.
• Compliance & Reporting: document inspections and repairs, report needs to management, adhere to safety standards.
