AGM Management LLC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a 76-unit property in Caruthersville, MO. The role focuses on maintaining safe, comfortable homes and timely response to resident requests.

The ideal candidate has experience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair, with strong troubleshooting and customer service abilities. Schedule is Monday–Friday, on-site, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in general residential or multifamily maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, drywall).
• Inspect units and common areas for safety and maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests.
• Complete work orders and document activities.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Keep buildings and grounds clean and well-maintained.
• Prepare apartments for new residents (paint, clean, repairs).
• Coordinate with contractors and sign off on work and invoices.
• Oversee capital improvements and provide updates.
• Purchase materials and ensure proper receipt documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and fair housing regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
