Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking dynamic maintenance professionals for our multifamily properties in Joplin, MO. You will perform unit turns, routine upkeep, and on-call maintenance to ensure residents have safe, well-maintained homes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in maintenance, working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems, and a commitment to reliability, safety, and high service standards. We offer competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.
• Able to lift 55 lbs and work in confined spaces/outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC during unit turns and maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for after-hours on-call.
• Travel for regional/corporate trainings as required.
• Train on HUD and LIHTC maintenance standards.
• Work with residents, vendors and staff professionally.
