Job summary

Alpha Property Management seeks a Maintenance Technician for its Los Angeles office to perform general maintenance, repairs, and turnovers across the portfolio. Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance with PPE usage.

A flexible candidate who can handle physical work and operate basic hand-held tools is preferred. Requirements include at least three years in maintenance/construction, a valid CA driver’s license with insurance, and

Qualifications

• At least three years of maintenance and construction experience.
• Valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Own vehicle (truck preferred) and maintenance tools required.
• Experience in multifamily or low-income housing is a plus.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Able to handle physical workload with hand-held tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit turnovers, including all preparation work.
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety requirements including PPE.
• Additional duties as assigned.
