Job summary

Alpha Property Management's Pine Ridge Apartments in West Memphis, AR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers. The role involves inspecting and maintaining properties, handling work orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with outside contractors as needed.

A valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy items are required; experience in multi-family housing is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance or related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Ability to handle physical workload and use hand-held tools.
• Multi-Family Housing experience is a plus.
• Own vehicle and tools is a plus.
• Skills in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting and drywall are a plus.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• HVAC Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit turnovers and prep work.
• Complete work and repair orders promptly.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Conduct unit inspections.
• Maintain a clean property.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
• Oversee work by outside contractors as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
