Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC in Helotes, TX is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our properties safe, attractive, and fully operational for residents. You will diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds under the guidance of the Maintenance Lead.

A strong focus on customer service, safety, and reliable communication with residents, vendors, and staff is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification, Type I and II is required.
• Valid drivers license and current automobile insurance.
• Other licenses and certifications as required by state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, carpentry, pool care, roofing, painting, and irrigation.
• Work under the Maintenance Lead to prioritize and complete service requests.
• Assist with turnkey operations to prepare vacant units for rent-ready status.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to preserve property condition and minimize risk.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other features to ensure safety.
