Energy Jobline ZR in Odessa, TX is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician who will grow into a Maintenance Manager. You’ll maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and light remodels across a multifamily property, building leadership and oversight experience.

The role emphasizes on-site responsibilities, reliability, and readiness to train others as you advance into management. Competitive hourly pay and on-call duties included.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in residential/multifamily property.
• Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Experience with painting and light remodeling (drywall, flooring, fixtures).
• HVAC knowledge; EPA/HVAC certification bumps pay up to $25/hour.
• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable being on call.
• Interest in moving into a management/leadership role over time.

Mansioni

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems.
• Handle painting and light remodeling (drywall, flooring, fixtures) for unit turns and property upkeep.
• Inspect the property for structural or safety issues and complete repairs.
• Keep accurate records of completed work and service schedules.
• Respond to on-call maintenance requests, including some nights/weekends.
• As you grow into the role: help train and coordinate other maintenance staff, manage vendor relationships, and take ownership of the property's preventative maintenance program.
