Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations at the Trinity Trails Apartments. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks, including make-ready activities under supervision.

Responsibilities include on-site attendance, responding to requests, and ensuring safe, compliant maintenance of common areas, buildings, and units, while upholding the property’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready processes under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly for common areas, buildings, and units.
