Job summary

Northland is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for The Maven at Suwanee, GA. You will handle maintenance requests across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping, and perform apartment turnovers in a timely manner.

The role requires on-call shifts, after-hours emergencies, nights and weekends, and the ability to work with residents, staff and vendors. Candidates should bring their own hand tools; power tools are supplied.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Own hand tools required; other power tools provided.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays on-call.
• Travel may be required to other properties if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service requests and work orders across multiple trades.
• Complete apartment turnovers in a timely and safe manner.
• Handle after-hours emergencies as part of on-call duties.
• Collaborate with residents, vendors, and staff to deliver quality service.
• Maintain a professional standard of resident service.
