Implement organization of work orders and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping while ensuring safety and budget adherence.

The role includes turning vacant units for move-ins and after-hours on-call responsibilities.

• Supervise the maintenance team and oversee work orders and repairs.
• Prioritize and schedule projects and staff for timely completion.
• Complete maintenance requests including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping.
• Turn vacant apartments for move-in in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining safety and budget awareness.
• Handle after-hours emergency calls and be on-call, including nights and weekends.
